Purchase code already used and theme does not allow updating prices

Good afternoon

I have unregistered the theme and deleted the theme folder to be able to update with the new version, but when registering I get an error

Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: mismonin-cp5019.wordpresstemporal.com

I have repeated this several times but I can not do the registration correctly

Also the theme does not allow updating prices, I am trying to add a 20% discount in the store but it does not show an error, it simply does not

Could you help me with these two problems?

Thank you very much for your answer, it has been very helpful for me to register the license.

Now the problem we have is that it does not allow us to make price changes in batches.

In this case we want to make a 20% discount in a category of products and when executing the action it is not modified.

It doesn't show any errors, but it doesn't generate a change. Could you help us?

Sorry, but I am not familiar with your language. Can you tell me from where the part you took the screenshot comes from, please?

Are you using any additional plugins for this?

Did you check if it works when you switch to another theme, like Twenty Twenty? If not, please do that, and let me know.
