Slow Submit on Forms

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is related to the Theme but I followed what BeTheme recommended when it comes to forms which is Contact Form 7.

I was using Contact Form 7 with BeTheme for a while now but recently the form submission slowed down. It takes 56 seconds before the confirmation message appears after clicking the Submit button. Most of the users who filled up the form clicked multiple times because they thought that their information and message were not submitted.

I already deactivated some plugins that may conflict CF7.

I read some suggestions to deactivate the theme and use the default Wordpress theme but I have no plans in changing that.

Do you have any suggestions to speed up the form submission?

Can you please temporarily switch to another theme, please? It will help us determine if the problem is related to Betheme.

Switching to another theme will not break anything because all data is stored in the database. Of course, if you did not modify anything in your database.

When you switch back to Betheme, your website will look just like previously. This procedure will help us determine if the problem is with the contact form itself or if it is connected to Betheme.

I switched the Theme to 2021, 2022, and 2023 but the forms I created cannot be seen on the page.

The root cause is in the form itself. Even with a default theme (Twenty Twenty-One) it loads long.

You must contact the plugin author to resolve this.

Hi, Thanks for checking. I also tried a different form (WPForms) it's a bit faster, it takes 30secs to load, not that fast but it will do compared to CF7 (2mins)
