Custom Header Builder Missing

I am using the Spa theme and cannot find where the Custom Header Builder, it did not download with the package. Is it not available with this version of the theme?

Hi,

Header Builder is part of the Betheme package, so it does not matter which pre-built website you use. Please ensure that you have the newest version of Betheme installed.

Also, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced, and see if you do not have Templates disabled.

Moreover, in the same location, ensure that BeBuilder is visible for the role you use.

I do have a check on Templates and I do have Visibility set for everyone. Can you log into my site and see what is going on?
