How do I create header to be used on pages

Hi there, how do I create a header like in the example below to be used on my articles. I use pages, not blog posts.

Here is an example:

I want to add breadcrumbs, post title, author and date.

Hello,

Post title and breadcrumbs are displayed in the Subheader, and you can activate it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Subheader.

Ensure that none of these checkboxes are selected.

The author and date can be displayed with dynamic data.
