Can't import full page

Hi

I Installed Business4 theme but now i crated new page and for that page i want to use https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/mechanic6/ page layout.

I open a new page with BeBuilder -> Single Page import and paste that link but no importing.

I can import different page layouts but Mechanic6 wont work.

Can you please help me?
