Troubleshooting Mobile Layout: Positioning Hamburger Menu and Logo

I can't manage to arrange the mobile mode with the hamburger menu and the logo the way I want. I would like the hamburger menu all the way to the right and the logo to the left, but they stay stuck next to each other. Thank you.
