License key support period is older in database
Hi there.
I recently bought the theme from themeforest, 5th July 2023. But when I try to verify the license key using the api, it shows "The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code."
Then I login to Beforum and try to verify the license, and it shows "Support period date from provided license key is older than already existing one in database!"
Can you please help here?!

Hi,
API tool is only for checking registered licenses and deregistering them.
It will show this message if you did not use this license anywhere yet. You can register a license on your domain through Betheme -> Dashboard. See the following link:

Verifying support is only when the period has ended, you renewed it, and still cannot create discussions on the forum.
