My Plugin become gray cannot click Install and Active

i was upgrade from lower version betheme,

when and i didnt go through all the setup wizard, (because i still need my data, once go through the setup wizard, database post all will reset. because of this i cannot install or download from the setup wizard plugin)

Kindly please advice

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
