Header Builder plugin disappeared

I had to migrate my site, and I had headers customized as well as footers, I can not find the header builder plugin under the plugin options. I did a fresh install of betheme, how can I get my headers and footers back?

Since version 26.4 Header Builder is not a plugin but an integral part of the Betheme package.
