Can i install the theme and license another server and domain for tests and preview and before transfer to principal domain?

Yes, you can. You can move your license among domains until it is not registered on two domains at once and the previous website has been removed.

FYI, subdomains and staging domains do not count toward registration limits. You can register unlimited subdomains with one license key as long as the main domain is registered under the same key and was registered first. About staging domains, you can read more here:
