Disable a link in level 0 of a dropdown menu

HI,

when you touch the flag of the mobile navigation menu (https://italpizza.com/) the page reloads instead of opening the drop-down menu with the other languages.

The theme handles menus and menu dropdowns like this: the dropdown ONLY appears on hover.

How can I disable a link in level 0 of a dropdown menu?

Unfortunately, there is no option for that at the moment.
