How can I change the default contact form to display all text and lines in white?

I am using the Be theme and the colour for the site is a Navy blue, this appears on the back of the contact form which makes the black unreadable due to contrast.

How do I change the label, input text and lines to white?

You can change that in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Forms.
