Slow down animations (counter, bouncing, etc.)

Hi,

I've included counters on the website I'm building and I would like to know if that'd be possible to slow them down? Same question for animations like bouncing or fading for other items.

    Hi,

    this needs changes in theme files so if you got website developer who is good in wordpress you can ask him if he can do this for you because we do not have any option included which is responsible for animations.
