There's any way to order the tag filter in a blog element with a specific order?

Hello,

I need to order the tag filters in the image below in a specific order and NOT in the default alphabetic order. It is possible, maybe via CSS?

In need it to be Palazzo Fava, Palazzo Pepoli, Santa Maria della Vita, San Colombano, San Giorgio in Poggiale.

Please let me know, the client asked me this change and it's not negotiable :)
