While the logo is loading, it looks like this for 1 second on desktop and mobile. We did not use custom css. How we can solve this problem?

I checked your website and do not see such a gray box.
If you still encounter this, please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
