Hemos actualizado la plantilla y aún la web no nos permite realizar cambios en lote de los productos, en este caso el cambio en precios y descuentos. No da un error concreto. Símplemente no realiza ningún cambio.

    About the working time, we work Mon-Fri from 9 AM to 5 PM, and send answers three times a day at 12 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM.

    For example, we want to change the price of all products in the same category or several selected products and it does not allow us to see the change we have made.

    1º We select the items we want to modify.

    2º We select "batch actions" and "apply"

    And nothing happens.


    We have also tried it in the following way:

    1º We select the products that we want to modify

    2º We select the option "edit" and "apply" in the drop-down

    3º We change the "offer" section to "decrease in the existing offer in %"

    4º We update


    And also in this case the prices remain as they are, there is no type of modification, it does not apply.


    We have had this error for too long and we cannot wait any longer, since the entire summer campaign depends on the modification of our prices.


    It is very urgent for us as we already told you.

  • I followed your steps on Betheme, and I switched to the Twenty Twenty theme, and the results were the same on both themes, which means it is not related to Betheme.

    You should contact WooCommerce support instead in that case.
