Product related doesn't seem to work. For example, when I add two products as cross-sells. Then these are not visible on the frontend. Others that I have not chosen are.

I work with a single product template. Any idea what's wrong or what I'm doing wrong?

Hi,

I used the login credentials you sent me before.

Cross-sells are products promoted on the cart page.

You should instead use Upsells and appropriate elements in the product template.

One more question Phil; is it possible to make the upsells element or text not visible, when no upsells are configured on the back-end side of a product?

Unfortunately, there is no option for that.

But you can work around it by not assigning the template to your products with conditions that show while saving the template. Instead, create a special template with this element and assign it in the product options with upsells products assigned.
