Interactive header

Hey everyone!

I just bought the BeTheme thinking that I was going to be able to create a header like this one below where the background and the color of the letters change as you hover on it.

Does someone know how to do this? I'm able to change background of the Header when hover but not the text unless I hover directly on it.
