When the site loads to https connection, renders broken, but renders ok to a http connection

Site showing all broken up (like CSS style sheet is missing) when loading on a HTTPS connection, but showing ok when loading on HTTP. Here are the two examples:

https://sharta.org/ ( RENDERING as BROKEN UP)

http://sharta.org/ (RENDERING OK)

Where could the issue be and how to fix it? I am a total newby to this. Any help much appreciate it! We've just launched the site.
