Can not install pre-built website

Hello,

I can not install the pre-built website. At the step "Content", it is loading and loading for about half an hour and can not get through.

I tried other designs, same problem. I have a Host in USA and a Host in Vietnam. Both hosts has this problem.

Could you check and help me to overcome this.

Hi,

Please ensure that you have the newest version of Betheme installed.

Moreover, go to Betheme -> System status, and check if your server meets theme requirements.
