The location of Custom CSS you already know. Custom JS can be placed in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> JS, and for custom HTML, I suggest using the Plain text/HTML element. You can learn about this Plain text/HTML element on the following video:

Please use the following CSS code:
.single-product .product_meta{ display: none!important; }To hide the categories and SKU. Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
To hide the Share box, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Navigation & Share, and set the appropriate option.
