When we attempt to open in full size thumbnail in our shop website, our product gallery thumbnail images become hazy. However, the image appears nice when we zoom in. Our product photos are 1200 px x 1200 px in size. Finally, the product image is the same size, which is perfect.

Please go to Betheme -> Tools and regenerate thumbnails.

If this will not help, please disable all of the plugins except WooCommerce, clear the cache, and recheck that.
