Space between submenu and main menu can not fix

There is a gap between the submenu and main menu. Please take a look at the photos.

I have tried the below code, but it is not fixed.

1. #Top_bar:not(.is-sticky) .menu > li > .sub-menu{
2.    top: 60%!important;
3. }

Use this code instead:

#Top_bar:not(.is-sticky) .sub-menu{
 top: 70% !important;
}
