How to set Privacy Policy

I have published the privacy policy page but how do I link the URL to the footer section where it shows the button for privacy policy?

And how can I remove the Cookies button from there?

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

I want to link the privacy policy page in the footer button for Privacy Policy

Please go to Appearance -> Menus and find a menu that is assigned as Social Menu Bottom. This is the menu that adds these links there, and you can modify it to add your own.
