The mobile version is not displayed correctly on cell phones

Hello, I have problems to display the styles in the mobile version when it is a real phone.

 I see the styles applied correctly in the desktop version even when I work in development mode, but when viewing it on a mobile phone, the page styles are lost. Can you help me?. I attached screenshots of the comparison
