WooCommerce finishing buy process problem. Permament redirect to checkout page

I have a problem with finishing buy process by users. It seems to after click Purchase on checkout page user is redirect back to checkout page automaticaly..

Hello,

Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, switch to another theme like Twenty-Twenty, and see if the same thing happens there.
