How to change elements of the site
On the site properties I want to change the view of the elements. I can change a header, footer or wrap with the name properties, but I can not change the section with photos with names of the properties. How can I modify it ?

which section you can not change exactly? Please provide further details.
These are portfolio items so you have to modify them one nby one in PORTFOLIO located on the left hand side in WP Admin.
