How to Hide Featured Image (.header_placeholder) on Pages

Kindly assist on how to hide featured image (header_placeholder ) not to appear under the header of a PAGE. I have tried multiple options but couldnt find a best solution.

I even used some code nothings seems to work.

#Header .header_placeholder {

display: none !important;

}
