Cant import demo content from another page

Hi there,

I cant import the page: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/finance4/our-firm/

To my own domain:

When I click import. Nothing happens. Just nothing...

    In your message, you did not attach a username to the WP dashboard, a password to the WP dashboard, and a host address to FTP.
