I wanna add a banner or panel to my website like in the following screenshot, is that possible, or are there other ways to implement similiar things to my website?
you can make something similar using Sidebar Menu Builder. Right now, sidebar menu can be triggered with menu burger only but we may consider additional element like button or something like that, which is fixed positioned to right or left edge of the screen.
