System status errors

Good morning,
I am writing to you about my wp avogenova.org site where I installed your theme. In the System status it gives me two errors related to PHP Time Limit and Max Input Vars. I entered the necessary parameters that are indicated to me but the same "error" still continues.

please contact your admin/hosting provider as you might be simply not allowed to increase these parameters.
