I am taking over a project and can't update the theme. How do I license Betheme? The template says it is registered but I still can't update it. So I bought a license at ThemeForest.
I tried to deregister to re-register, but the page refreshes, and nothing changes. When I click "Check your licenses" I am taken to this page http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ but my themeforest.net user and Purchase codes don't work.
I can't update Betheme, this is what I see:

the error "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files." means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code via contact form on http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.
