Error in the filter by categories
On the shop page I don't see the filters by category that I need. I have installed the Pre-Built with the name Herbal. I have tried to install another Pre-Built without losing the products I have already placed, but it won't install. I have tried in several ways, but I can't get the category filter to show up.
In the editor you can see that the filters would be there, but in the final result when the website is active they don't appear.
Comments
Filtering can be placed as a sidebar widget only. Please add the selected device to Plugin | WooCommerce.
To create a custom shop page with filtering, please go to Templates > WooCommerce > Shop and create a Shop page template. You can use the Shop Categories widget to show the categories above products.

I don't see WooCommerce > Shop and create a Shop page template in my Templates
You do not use a recent theme version. In older versions, the tab was called Shop Archive. Click the 'add new' button and create your template.
Could you tell me why I don't use a recent version of the theme please? It is installed on the latest version of WordPress and the template is purchased and installed only 2 months ago and all Plugins are on the latest version.
As a second option, I am trying Single page import but it does nothing, nothing is imported. As in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pLbvUAy5uzo
I would need it to filter by product categories without leaving the page, like in this pre-built page.
Hi,
1) For two months, we released about eight updates, so if you have not updated since you installed it, you should do it.

2) Which pre-built website do you try to import with single page import?
Best regards
I have installed the Pre-Built with the name Herbal theme and I want to import the shop page of Bestore https://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme-store/shop/
This page does not contain any BeBuilder content. Archive pages like Blogs, Portfolios, or Shop populate their content automatically and based on the settings from theme options, so single page import does not work on these type of pages.
