Be builder wont go 4 in a row on our shop

We have the be builder collection on 4 in a row, but it wont change to any other. it stays on 3 the whole time.

We need our recommended products on our product page to be 4 wide as well.

also our badges show here, when it should be top right of image can you guys please help with placement?

also, We have no add to cart buttons on each listing. this option is turned on.
