Having issues updating the theme. Error: "Update failed: The package could not be installed."

Hello, I'm having issues updating the theme as of today. Only big difference which could be causing the problem is I updated our site from a testing/building subdomain to the main after finishing the site. Is this a reason why I may be having issues updating the theme and will changing the URL have any issues with the theme moving forward?

If you registered your license key first on the subdomain, then yes, that is the reason. If you want to use a subdomain under the same license, you should register the license key first on the main domain, and then on the subdomain. You should deregister your license key from the subdomain, register on the main one, and then again on the sub one. If you already removed the subdomain, please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.
