Problem with the title

Hello!

I have the site balletacademy.gr. The Site title is "Σχολή χορού - Αγγελική Παπάζογλου"

but when I activate Yoast seo or All in one SEO it appears as Home - Σχολή Χορού"

How can I change that ? To show just "Σχολή χορού - Αγγελική Παπάζογλου" ?
