error wpml plugin

Hi, I bought the WPML plugin, it has been added with my banners to the menu, but it gives error when going to a different language. What can I do?

Please check if the same thing happens with another theme like Twenty Twenty.

If yes, you will have to contact the WPML support regarding this.

With other themes (twenty twenty) I don't get an error. I have tried it in another betheme theme and it also gives me an error. It doesn't work with betheme. 

Can you help me please?

You need to remove previous translations and translate the header again.

Translated templates will appear when you switch language in the WP top bar, or when you choose All Languages you will see all translated templates.
