Under Construction mode kills API connections?

Hi,

We have bought an extensive plugin for our store and it utilises API connection between its own interface and Woocommerce. They say the under construction mode disables the API connection. I also got some error from WPML that it was unable to connect. Any idea what could be causing it and is there another suggested way to close the store to public for development?

You should contact the plugin author regarding this.

By the way, Betheme has its own Under Construction feature built-in, so there is no need to use external plugin for that.

Yep, that is the one I used in Theme Options. I wanted to know if there are some blocking mechanisms built into this feature.

Thank you. I installed another Password Protected plugin which seems to be working OK with the API of my plugin.

I see! Then we're clear. Maybe in the future you can consider adding extra setting to allow external connections.
