How to Change Position/Location of Rev Slider Header Text on Mobile Only?

Hello,

Can you please instruct on how to move the position of the header text on mobile only? The template is Design 3. I simply wish to move the header text down 100 pixels or so. I assume this is done via revolution slider, but I'm not able to accomplish it there for some reason.
