woocommerce_cart_item_name filter being applied twice in cart.php

From the screenshot below, you can see that the woocommerce_cart_item_name filter is being applied twice - once at the top (#51), then once at the echo (#81 or #89) within woocommerce/cart/cart.php.
Could you please remove one of them to avoid the same filter being actioned twice?
