Wrap Query Loop Wont Add Element
I am trying to use the loop editor and when I set the wrap to query loop (turns pink) and I try adding an element it doesn't show in the editor. Dragging an item i.e. an image element into the wrap flashes a placeholder image, then it grays out and goes away. It shows there is an image in the navigator, but it is not there. It does this with any element I try adding to the wrap after I set it to query loop.
Thank you

Sorry, but the login credentials you have sent are not working.
Can you send them again, please? But before that, ensure that they work.
Thanks
I sent new credentials and they are verified working. I apologize. thank you.
Ok, now the login credentials work.
We are currently looking at what might cause this issue.

Thank you
We have corrected it.
Please check it out and confirm.
Thanks
It is not working. I can now add an Image element to the query loop and that is all. I still can't add a Heading element or any other element.
Screenshot 1 is me adding a Heading element to the wrap loop.
Screenshot 2 shows that there is a Heading element in the navigator but not in the wrap loop.
Screenshot 3 is me adding an Image element (as per the video instructions) with the Heading element.
Screenshot 4 shows that the Image element replaced the Heading element in the navigator but isn't showing up in the wrap loop. The image element completely removed the Heading element. I should be able to add multiple elements to the wrap loop.
As you can see not even the Image elements work now.
Yesterday, as we checked it, it seemed to work. We are taking a second look at this.
Best regards
Any update? I see no one has logged in a couple of days. It's still not working for me.
We are still investigating it.
As a temporary workaround, you can add elements to the wrap first, and when you will have everything you need, switch the wrap to the query loop.
Best regards
Thank you.
Please check it now. As we tested it, it worked correctly now.
Best regards
It works when creating a Template. However, it doesn't work if I'm editing a page or any other method of interacting with BeBuilder. I only need it when creating a Template so this works for me. Just passing the info along. Thank you for your time. :)
I was testing on a regular page, not template.
And it works, as you can see. Please clear your browser cache, and recheck that.
Thanks
It's working as expected. Thank you very much for taking care of this.
