New License Issue
I just purchased an extension for my Betheme license.
When i go into the support page, my license is still showing October 13th 2023 as the valid until date.
Then, when i go to validate that the new license has been allocated to our account it tells me that the license is
The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code.
Please can you tell me how i can ensure my new license is allocated to my ECSCA2019 account.

Regarding the support on the forum and its verification, see the following link:

The tool you used is only for checking where your license keys are registered and deregistering them.
If you have not registered the license key on any website yet (in the WP panel through Betheme -> Dashboard), then the license manager will show you the message you mentioned.
