Upload Homepage from one chrildtheme and pages from another

I use the 'it-service' demo-theme as homepage on my test domain http://pr-medarbejder.dk/.

The demotheme is a one pager, so I'd like to import pages from other themes as my individual pages. You know - a Contact page from one demo - a portfolio from another. Is that possible? And how do I go about it?

Hi,

you can't import pages from other pre-made layouts. What you can do, is create another installation for tests, import the layouts you want there, check how things were done and move them manually into your direct site. You can use for example Import/Export option For Muffin Builder which is available for each page under "Page options" section.

All right, great. Sounds pretty easy. 

Maybe such a demo page/post import would make sence to create sometime in the future.
