Cant edit header template
Hi, we installed a prebuilt website, and I can edit pages, but when I try to edit the header template, I cannot do anything. I can't add elements or create a new header template from scratch. It keeps giving me a 404 screen, as seen in the attached screenshot. Please let me know what we can do so we can edit the header. Thank you

please clear cache on every level (wp, browser, server, cloudlfare, etc) as it's due to cache.
Hi, We have deleted all the cache as instructed, and we are still not able to edit our templates. Still getting the same screen as shared before. Please advice. Thank you.
