Cannot add content in continuation of the page, after the custom template I've made (in addition)

Please help solve an issue. I've created a custom template for the single product (WooCommerce) using the Bebuilder. Everything works fine. I did not add any conditions for this template. When I am creating a new product, I select for the "custom single product template" option, the created template. Everything works just fine till this point. After this, I tried editing the single product I have created earlier. I want to add extra content to be rendered downwards, AFTER the content from the single product template. I can add the content using the Bebuilder, I can save it but it does not show on the product page. It shows only the template content.
Am I doing something wrong?

I don't want to import a template on a page, I want to use a "custom single product template" I have made for that specific page, and in addition, I want to add extra content after the template content.
