I need to deregister purchase code

Yesterday I bought 2 packages including 2 codes (120$) from Betheme

The 2 sites I was using the 2 codes for is hosted by Bluehost, but now they blocked my access to the 2 sites due to the fact that I entered the wrong address in billing address when purchasing to Bluehost. They already refund my purchase and I won't able to login to the 2 sites anymore

So the problem is: I can't deregister the 2 codes from that 2 sites

I just ordered hosting plan and bought 2 new domains from another hosting website and I need to use that 2 codes I bought. Please help me!!!
