Mobile Preview shows correct layout but live site does not

Strange thing is happening here.
I had to adjust mobile layout a bit and the Preview within BeBuilder shows the correct layout.
When I shrink the desktop browser so it shows mobile site it also shows the correct layout.
But the live site on mobile phone still shows the old layout and never refreshes.
I already tried to clear browsing data, I tried to see the site on a different phone where it was never visited before. Still the old layout showing.
Check the screenshots - the fist is the BeBuilder, the second is from the Safari (small window), the third is from the mobile phone.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong? ;)

Hi David,
please clear cache at each level (wp/site, browser, server, cf, etc). When it's done, disable all cache stuff and check. If this won't help, please disable all 3rd party plugins and check.
