Product template in Be-Leasing2 leading to a 404

I have downloaded the complete demo site data. Everything works fine but the BeLeasing2-single-product Template. I see the template, I can open it in the Wordpress dashboard, but when I click on "edit with BeBuilder", I see a 404 error next to the Be Builder left column editor.

I've tried to re-upload the demo content, but it simply duplicated the template, and both versions shows the same issue.

Found the solution in regenarating the permalinks
