Deactivate block in the dashboard for the customer

where can I deactivate the block in the dashboard (see screen) for the customer so that he can only work in the page option?

Hi,

Blocks builder can be disabled in Theme Options -> Global -> Advanced but it can be disabled for everyone and not users with specific role.

Thanks, but it shouldn't be the Blocks builder that is blocked for the customer, but the area above it.

The field should be hidden, which I marked on the screen with the red ellipse (circle).

What Albert meant is an option at the bottom of Advanced Settings to disable WordPress Editor.
