Unable to edit widgets

Hi,
I cannot any widget in the theme.
Any time I want to add / edit any widget area I receive some JSON error and changes are not populated.
I used one of the pre-made template but cannot replace the footer imgage.
By the way why image in the footer is hardcoded and point to you demo page and not to the media libray link ?

Further to this case, could you please advice how to enable back to top button / copyright area when custom made footer is applied on the page. Currently when default footer is applied I can see arrow and copyright text na the bottom of the page, however when applied footer made from template to certain subpage this are is not visible, diasppear.

If none of them will help, please contact your hosting provider and ask to allow all the rules that ModSecurity blocks incorrectly.
2) Back to top can be activated in Betheme -> Theme options -> Footer.
